Marina Park

Along the Westerly banks of the Credit River in Port Credit, Mississauga, Land Eleven Construction completed the development of a new park called “Marina Park” as a the General Contractor. The revitalized Marina Park offers several key features, including a scenic riverfront promenade for walking and passive recreation, upgraded boat launch ramps, flexible parking areas, and shaded terraces.

Project Scope included: Precast electrical servicing building, granular fill, (2) parking lots, storm water management, bioswale, protection of existing infrastructure, (2) permanent structures, adjustment of existing pedestrian bridge, concrete foundations, floating boat docks/ramps and secure entry gates/fencing, topsoil, planting, grading, compaction testing, temporary construction hoarding.
