Conant Park

The redevelopment of Conant Park was a key part of the City of Oshawa’s initiative to improve accessibility for all visitors and the upgrading of park facilities. Land Eleven Construction completed the construction of the park as the General Contractor, featuring new senior and junior playground equipment, playground safety surfacing with concrete edging, site furnishings, shade structure, a new parking lot, along with upgrades to the existing soccer field. The focus on AODA compliance and accessible enhancements significantly improve community enjoyment.

Project Scope included: Site layout and grading, excavation works, asphalt paving, cast-in-place concrete, shade structure installation, installation of playground and swings, site furnishings, swales, sodding, seeding and planting works.
